The lead designer of Hyclyff is Larry Oltmanns, the CEO and Design Director of a leading architectural practice based in London. He is an internationally renowned design leader with over 60 completed projects on five continents. Previously a design partner with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and design head of SOM's London office, Larry’s extensive portfolio includes such landmarks as the NATO headquarters in Brussels and the Hong Kong Convention Centre in Victoria Harbour. Larry considers the waterfront setting to be "truly spectacular." His design vision is of "the ideal union of Hyclyff and its natural landscape. Hyclyff appears to grow out of the cliff-side promontory of which it is an integral element."
